In a big stride towards protecting the brand identity of the United Kingdom Darts Association, the business have secured the trademark registration in the UK.
The UKDA obtained the trademark registration for the brand name and logo on the 9th July 2021 for a 10 year period with the Intellectual Property Office.
UKDA Founder & Head of Marketing Morgan Barrell said ‘This trademark registration will prevent any misuse of the brand name “United Kingdom Darts Association” and it’s logo in the UK, and will further strengthen our position as the leading organisation in grassroots darts with our member teams and players and commercial partners.’
