Wiltshire’s Jill Little had a great 70th birthday present last week when she received her 200th appearance certificate.
Playing last in the women’s B , Jill rounded off a great start for her team as they ladies took all 6 points in what was to become a huge score line for Wiltshire.
At 15-3 up against Montgomery and Radnor at the end of play Saturday, a win for Wiltshire was all but ensured.
With the women’s A side taking a 5-1 win, the match was a done deal. M&R’s men held out for a 6-6 draw but the final score of 26-10 gave Jill’s team another reason for celebration.
